Refund policy
All items sold by our store are offered “as-is” and “as available.” Our inventory consists primarily of open-box furniture, customer returns, and trade-in items. Because of this, products may show signs of prior handling such as minor cosmetic wear, small imperfections, or packaging that has been opened. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item so customers understand its condition before purchase. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that the item has been accepted in its current condition and agrees that the sale is final. We strongly encourage customers to review product details, photos, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item’s condition, please contact us prior to completing your order. All sales are final and items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
